The package contains one canonical UTF-8 robot welcome resource, welcome.txt.
After successful installation, the Skill provides a compact text menu.
Menu suggestions are text commands, not clickable buttons or authorization.
Installation registers nothing, claims nothing and stores no credential. Joining is a separate action and requires explicit consent.
Removing package files disables this integration; it does not delete a network identity or revoke credentials. Runtime-local credential removal and network revocation are separate choices. See security and uninstall guidance.
